As we begin a new year, I want you to feel my gratitude. Thank you for being here with me. I feel delighted to know that my messages land in your life and create a shared human connection between us. Some of you reply to me and that lifts my heart. To my clients and Radiant Women, thank you for hiring me and inspiring me as you grow.
This blog offers questions to prompt you to live more intentionally this year.
When the outside world continues to be a theme of chaotic uncertainty, it helps to:
1) focus on what you are grateful for
2.) reflect on ways to cultivate more of what brings peace and energy into your life.
If your mind is like mine, it can get in the way of taking time to review my life. The key to mindfulness is to notice these thoughts— and not get jerked around by them. So, when your mind says
“I have too much to do to slow down and reflect.”
“I can wing it.”
”This is not necessary.” (HA! usually a sign that it is necessary.) 🙂
“I am too busy.”
thank your mind for generating so many thoughts. It does a good job doing what it is supposed to do: THINK! Then, choose to take a stand for being the kind of person you want to be by carving out time to get even more clear on your life this year.
Thoughtfully writing answers to these questions will shift your energy inward and hopefully offer your soul some clarity and calm for 2021.

Name one thing you are grateful to have or experience, especially when life is hard.
-
What is wrapping up in your life? What are you no longer making room for? Is there an agreement you are making with yourself as you go forward this year?
-
What are you dreaming up or longing for in 2021? Can you let ______ happen? Make an affirmation like this: “I let_____ happen in 2021.” Name one tiny action that you can take each day to align with what you are letting happen. (For instance, “I let more slow moments happen in 2021.” I pause to notice the sunset for 3 minutes each day.) Commitment to yourself in tiny actions will yield the greatest results.

What is shifting in your friendships? How can you be more of the person you want to be? Can you shift your expectations in friendships and still find joy? How is your role in being the friend you want to be evolving? This question highlights our need for community and connection and I ask you to explore how you give and receive support this year. How will you bring a sense of empowerment to your relationships?

What risk are you willing to take this year – in the name of being innovative, trusting or growing more into the person you are? Name one risk. Big or small.
When the world around you seems chaotic, it is vital to drop an anchor in your own inner life so that you find moments of calm. These questions can be applied to you in your business or your personal life.
I wish you well and send a slow hug and….
I invite you to activate courage in your life: share below one action or quality that you are committing to in the year ahead. OR answer a question in the comments below. I will celebrate you.
Love,
Kirsten
