Remember my last blog post?
I said, “Stop getting hooked up in words that push you around.”
Did you pause to join and un-hook last week?
Or did you think “that sounds nice but I really have lots to do.”
I notice a difference in my clients that pause to breathe and place their hand on their heart over the ones that keep talking.
Interrupt your own thoughts with an act of kindness towards yourself. When you slow down to offer yourself a physical experience of kindness, a palpable shift happens.
Notice that list of things to do. It can wait for 2 minutes.
Place hand on diaphragm or your heart.
Breathe and
offer yourself some kindness.
You attract what you ARE. Be kind now. With yourself.
Will you experiment with me? Follow this link to stop thinking about this good idea and do it with me.
Love, Kirsten
PS. I am doing research. If you DON’T take a moment to ground right now, tell me why in a comment. What stops you? What does your mind say?
PPS. If you DO take a moment to ground: will you tell me what happened when you offered yourself a physical expression of kindness? Could you sense anything? Nothing? Notice what was happening in your chest: Was it tight or soft or…?

When I take a mindful moment it feels like a warm golden hug and brings me back to the present moment. I love it so much I do it several dozen times a day
