In 2012, I wrote down on a piece of paper that I wanted to lead vision quests. Here I am, years later, declaring this first vision quest complete!
I am still humming from witnessing the women go on their personal pilgrimages on Kawau Island. They spent a day with me to prepare emotionally, spiritually and physically for their quest. Then, a day and night to integrate with shamanic journeying, and rituals to finish. For 3 days and 3 nights, the roof was taken off and they slept under the stars in a private location in the woods away from people. They were rewarded with surprises like the native bird, the weka, getting face to face with both of them.
A quest is a way to restore a sense of effortlessness, trust and adventure in life. I will lead another quest in February 2021.
The doors are now open for the Radiant Women’s Program. Women feel a sense of deep peace and greater wellbeing as a result of the honest conversations from previous groups. In fact, a bonus seems to be the connections with other women as they share activities that re-awaken their intuition and a bigger vision for themselves. This next group begins April 5th and will go for 12 months. I’d love to have you join us. Learn more here.
Flick me an email if you are interested in the online version of the Radiant Women’s Program later in the year. I look forward to connecting with my American and global participants in a second group for 2020.
Love, Kirsten
Appreciate our mind, heart and body’s ability to face fierce challenges.
In this time of Coronavirus, fear and panic buttons get fired up. Situations that put us around fearful people or trigger fear in ourselves are a good times to remind ourselves of our resilience and abundance.
I suggest that we all cultivate or deepen our gratitude practice. Being grateful is a powerful pathway to ground ourselves.
Here are a couple affirmations to practice with your kids and self.
